It's not always an easy transition back to school after a long vacation or holiday break for our students at The Palm Beach School for Autism. Some of the students have a hard time getting back into the routine of daily school activities. However there are some students who actually look forward to getting back to school.
We started morning announcements today for the first time. It went very well. Each morning a student from the elementary school will be selected to say the Pledge of Allegiance. I think this will be a nice addition to the students' morning routine.
